Sheet Metal Fabrication
& Manufacturing Services
Production Facilities
Our first class sheet metal work and fabrication facilities combine the latest manufacturing technology with a wealth of technical and practical experience.
The latest laser cutting technology together with high speed turret punching and multi axis forming ensure the quality, accuracy and repeatability of manufactured component parts and assembled fabrications.
CAD / CAM Systems
Utilising modern and consistently updated CAD / CAM Systems linked directly to our production processes; manufacturing information is quickly produced from initial designs and drawings which are transferred accurately and efficiently to production minimising lead times and manufacturing durations.
Extensive Fabrication and Assembly Capabilities
A varied and wide ranging type of sheet metal and fabricated assemblies can be undertaken in our extensive and well equipped facilities.
Sheet metal fabrications in ferrous and non ferrous materials can be completed in small, medium and large batch sizes.
In addition larger fabrications can be assembled and finished to customer's specification in our assembly facility. This facility is equipped with overhead cranes with 50 tonne lifting capacity.
Sheet Metal Enclosures
We can design and manufacture wide range of sheet metal enclosures, control panels and consoles in a variety of material types to suit intended application.
Enclosure design and manufacture can be completed to comply with requirements of IP54 for indoor and IP 65 for outdoor environments.
Protective Coating & Finishes
Our facility is well equipped with pre-treatment plant, spray booths and temperature controlled ovens to provide the application of both wet spray painting and dry powder coating corrosion protection systems.
A full range of system finishes is available to meet customer's specification.
Completed Parts & Delivery
We have an established separate manufactured parts storage area which is used as the point of dispatch for all completed component parts and fabrications.
This area is utilised particularly when there is a requirement to assemble a range of parts for delivery as an assembly kit or bill of materials. This is particularly useful when customers are operating a "just in time" delivery or assembly program.
